There is created a landfill postclosure fund No. 417. (Ord. 90-15 § 3, 1990).

1.96.020 Moneys budgeted.

The moneys in the fund shall be such sums as may hereafter be budgeted and shall be used to pay costs relating to postclosure activities at the Hoquiam landfill, including monitoring, maintenance and other postclosure activities mandated by WAC 173-304-467. (Ord. 90-15 § 3, 1990).
