1.98.010 Created.

There is hereby created a special revenue fund designated as the “Paths and Trails Fund.” (Ord. 98-10 § 1, 1998).

1.98.020 Moneys budgeted.

The moneys in the fund shall be used and expended for the provision of facilities for pedestrians, equestrians or bicyclists as required or permitted by RCW 47.30.030. (Ord. 98-10 § 1, 1998).

1.98.030 Source of funds.

The fund shall be established with the funds received from the motor vehicle fund according to the provisions of RCW 46.68.100. (Ord. 98-10 § 1, 1998).

1.98.040 Statutory authority.

This fund is established under and by virtue of the authority contained in RCW 47.30.050, and shall be subject thereto. (Ord. 98-10 § 1, 1998).
