Hoquiam Municipal Court Clerks Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, (closed for lunch from 12pm to 1pm). The court office is closed when court is in session on Tuesdays. Voice mail service is always available. Court Schedule: Tuesdays at 9:00 AM for arraignments, mitigating and contested infractions and on other non-attorney cases. On the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, in addition to the AM court, there is an afternoon session at 1:30 PM for all pre-trials and hearing involving an Attorney. Bench Trials and cases involving a Spanish Interpreter are held at 4:00PM. |
