Council Member Sandi Grimnes
ABOUT SANDI:

I am a Hoquiam High School graduate. I have lived in Hoquiam for the majority of my life. After high school I moved to Phoenix, AZ to attend Devry University. I majored in business administration. I started working at Wells Fargo as a teller while I was in Arizona. Upon returning back to the harbor in 2001 I was rehired in the Aberdeen branch.

In 2003, when Ed Quijada left Wells Fargo, I was promoted to Branch Manager. I stayed with Wells until they closed the Aberdeen branch in September of 2004.

I am currently a Realtor for Premier Realty in Aberdeen. I received my license in January of 2005 and I have been doing this ever since. I love my job. I meet new people every day and I get to help them make the harbor their home.

ABOUT DARRIN:

I'm a married father of one. I've lived in Hoquiam my entire life minus the time I was away at college. I run a small manufacturing business in Raymond that supplies parts to the aerospace industry.

At 39 years of age my biggest pearl of wisdom is "Don't discount Hoquiam and the twin Harbors area!" It's a great place to raise a family, own a home, and do business. People with vision and drive can go a long ways here. Always remember that.
