NOTICE OF WATER SYSTEM PLAN INFORMATIONAL MEETING
In accordance with WAC 246-290-100(8), the City of Hoquiam will hold an informational meeting for water-system customers on November 9, 2026, regarding a proposed amendment to the City's 2025 Water System Plan. The amendment would replace previously planned groundwater-source projects with planning, design, permitting, and construction of a replacement West Fork Hoquiam River surface-water intake. Following the informational meeting, the City Council is expected to consider adoption of the amendment. The consumer meeting and Council approval could occur at the November 9, 2026, City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Hoquiam City Council Chambers, City Hall, 609 8th Street, Hoquiam, WA 98550.
